Apache handlers control how the Apache web server software manages certain file types and extensions for your site.
If you want to use this function, go to the “cPanel>Advanced>Apache Handlers”. 
If you want to create an apache handler, type its name in the “Handler” row (it must include a hyphen), its extension(s) in the row below and press the “Add” button.
