If you want to use Track DNS feature, go to the “cPanel>Advanced>Track DNS”. 
Inside this feature, you can find "The Domain Lookup" tool which allows you to find out the IP address of any domain, as well as DNS information about that domain.
All you need to do is enter a domain name in the field and press "Look Up" button. You can see an example below. 
Another tool which you can try is "Trace Route". This function allows you to trace the route from the computer you are accessing cPanel from to the server your site is on. All you need to do is press "Trace" button.
