If you want to restrict access to certain location on your web server you can do it using Directory privacy.
To start using this feature, go to the “cPanel>Files>Directory Privacy”. 
Go to location which you want to restrict access. 
Now you can create a user who is able to access the restricted location.
We strongly suggest using Password Generator to generate your password instead of typing it manually.
